Hi
Slightly worried. Ive recently tried to set up my own DMP. I have written to my creditors and offered them a payment I can afford to pay. Just waiting for all the phone calls and letters rejecting these offers - however so far everybody has agreed and sent me payment slips through to pay on and either reducing or stopping the interest for a limited time.
Is this normal - or is it to lull me into a sense of "everythings going to be ok" and then they will be sending me the hate mail, demands and default notices.
Out of 7 creditors I have had replies back from 6.

Hi michelle
Sounds like you have been fairly lucky with your creditors responses. Thats not to say that after a few months they won't change their tactics but still its nice to see that they have considered the info you have sent so far.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
