Is sending an email classed as RECORDED?

just a quick question guys. Mackenzie says on it's papers that if we want to complain then we can email them. National Debt say that whatever we send must be recorded, to show as prove later.

My question is that if i sent them a letter of complaint via an email, surely that is recorded as we have electronic proof that we have sent our complaint to them at their email address and it'd be much faster?

Always keep hard copies of all emails sent to Lenders or Collectors.
Best to send Recorded, thatway YOU have the security of knowing that it has got there.............you cannot make assumptions on their e-mail systems.
Doesnt matter if email is regarded as RECORDED or not, its your peace of mind thats important.

Send it via email, then send a copy recorded. They can't deny having received it then and it covers your back

you could fax it aswell, and then keep the 'successful transmission' receipt - some show a copy of the page you sent..
