Lost BT Shares Frozen Pension

I worked for BT in the 80's & 90's and had bonuses paid as shares.
I have not worked for them for 16 years now and do not know how to redeem them or even trace them. I also have a pension with them, but I am now living in China, I have been told about QROPS, which I am now doing, I also have an old private pension, but cannot track it down. Is there anywhere I can trace this lost pension and lost shares.

In terms of tracing any old pensions, try the pension tracing service. This is free, and will give you the contact details of where any pension provider/company you have lost contact with.
