Hi.... recently split with my ex but we are still living together in the same house while it gets sold.
I was just wondering, in the interests of privacy is there anywhere i can securely store some of my things in my bedroom (small items only, financial papers, and things like laptop etc)?
When I google it, I get taken to sites pointing to huge storage containers that u store sofas and things in
Thanks in advance xx

Although I am thinking you could just get a laptop lock as they are sometimes under £3 delivered?

Why not just lock it into a suitcase? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

Unless you intend sinking these safes into concrete or similar then they can be lifted and taken away by anyone so fairly pointless.0

Thanks for all your replies. Yes if he was really desparate he could move a safe by then more fool him. If he is willing to go to those lengths then he's willing to do anything. Can't believe I didn't think of a suitcase, that's a very simple way of keeping certain things private. Thanks everyone

securing it in a safe is better imo
it all comes down to how determined they are to go through your stuff0 -
Office suppliers have a range of half- and full-height locakble steel cupboards- about £150 inc VAT for a half-height one. Or ordinary metal filing cabinets can be picked up for not-a-lot if scruffy at salerooms etc.
As you want to get your paperwork sorted out what with moving house etc it would hardly be provocative to pick up a filing cabinet to get yourself organised.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
