Hmmm, has anybody received a confirmation email?
I ordered at 3.30pm, it stated the 50% discount on checkout but now checking my bank balance i think they taken the full amount, which is over £200!!!!

I never received a confirmation email either and they dont have an 'orders' section when you sign in.

Found the orders section now. Says 50% off amount but then lists my total paid without this deducted.

Infact, the website has lots of flaws to it.

Eeek.
Help someone!!

Thinking about it they may take the full amount, then refund the 50% off on despatch. Who knows!

Just placed my order (11-45pm) Everything showing as 50% off, and total billed appeared to be correct amount. By the way, the make up brushes are fantastic, have had mine for years and its still as beautiful as when I got it. The eye make up tins are gorgeous too...

Thanks placed an order no probs, got some make up from them , never tried anything from them before so hope it looks good lol

On the lush forums we were told there was a problem with the IT systems, and that no one gets charged until the parcel is dispatched. And that someone will be checking every single order to make sure they get the correct 50% amount off their order!

Ive been charged the full amount at time of order!

Everyone needs to be careful they log out of their accounts because I just followed the link provided by lisaleicester, and someone called 'silvia garcia' is still logged in.

I still haven't received a confirmation email but when I log-in it lists my order at full price.I've never bought from B before but buy from Lush a lot and their customer service has always been fab so I'm sure they'll get this sorted soon!

Its a fault with the site. A few times i go to the main page and someone elses name is on it!
