Tevion 1GB MP3 player from Aldi

Hi, wondering if anyone can help.
Yesterday, my family purchased 3 Tevion MP3 players from Aldi. At first, they seemed great. However, now we seem to be having a few problems. When we try to put music onto it, often, it won't go on, or just ends up deleting tracks that were previously on.
Memory is fine, still plenty left. We're using Windows XP, and Windows Media Player to transfer the music.
Is anybody else having similar problems, or can offer me any help?

have a look at my computer and see if the player is seen as a drive .If so drag it across from your music directory0
