shell wouldnt it be cheaper to buy bottles for the welcome drinks?thats what we have done it worked out loads cheaper to buy
3 bottle of bucks fizz and 3 bottles of wine for-welcome drinks
3 bottles of wine for meal
3 bottles of cam for toast

this worked out loads cheaper then the £3-£5 a drink

Hi ladies!

Went to our meeting last night and came away very happy!

We are having one of the restaurants to ourselves after the ceremony and we're having a carvery! They don't normally do them on a Saturday, but they're going to allow us to have one.

We're not having a starter but we're having profiteroles for dessert and anyone who can't have those will be offered fruit salad instead. Nobody is a veggie so we have no problems there.

We also knocked them down a fiver per head for the food too!

We haven't got the total back from them yet, but once we do we're gonna ask them for 10% off. Even without the 10%, we're fine and can afford it, so it will be a bonus if they will knock it off.

We're not going to have welcome drinks, instead, wine on the tables and pints for the blokes if they want them.

With it just being us in the restaurant, we can just set a tab up at the bar for those who might want something different.

Oooh, she's just rang me lol, we can have the bar open till 1am too. It should be midnight, but OH asked if they could extend it, so he will be happy!
