i would contact experian and explain the situation, i have always found them to be very helpful, when i e-mailed them recently they were very quick to reply x0

I would suggest if you are all under the same roof, then Experian will assume that you are financially linked.0

I found this with equifax - they thought my mother and i had a mortgage!!
You should be able to contact the credit reference agencies to clear up the matter - just inform them of anything on your report which is incorrect. They are in breach of the Data Protection Act if they are processing incorrect data so it is in their interests to get it resolved asap.
I would advise looking at all 3 of the CRA's, just to make sure everything is okay. If they refuse to correct the data, send them a formal complaint before contacting the Information Comissioners Office. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
