some of you may know the clothes catalogue company brandswear direct, just wondering if anyone knows any codes that can be used for the catalogue?

I would strongly suggest anyone wanting to order from this cat to think twice abt it, as I have been waiting 6 weeks for a refund and still havent been able to get close to getting one. I keep getting promised but it never happens. There customer service ( 2 people) are totally not helpful!

I have also dealt with the same two unhelpful customer service personnel. I have been waiting for a refund since March and after 5 phone calls I am still waiting. They keep promising but the money never arrives. I have requested a call back from a so called manager but once again this has fallen on deaf ears. Does anyone know what my next move should be legally?
