Having been at the end of a valuation which took less than 5 minutes, I am enlightened term of 'drive by valuation'

also, not sure if this would make a difference to a 'drive by vaulation' but the extension work will be seen from the front (porch and part of bathroom).

also - I don't understand the LTV, surely if our loan is £115,000 and the value of the house goes up from £130,000 to £140,000 technically we owe less on the house then before...0
