Tried it, it showed the code at the checkout but not the Anew eye lift. Does that mean it would be included in the order?

This is what it says on the website FAQ:

"What is a Coupon Code and how do I use one?

Coupon codes, similar to retail coupons, offer a variety of promotional opportunities to Customers. Coupon codes are usually alpha-numeric codes between 3 and 8 characters in length. They are often included in e-mail promotions, magazine inserts, or through Avon UK website affiliates, etc.

Coupon codes have specific expiration dates. The expiration date of a given coupon code is specified for each promotional offer. Only one coupon code may be redeemed per order. To redeem a coupon code, please enter the coupon code in the coupon box which appears on product detail pages, the view bag page, or during the checkout process. Coupon codes are valid on web orders only and must be entered at the time of placing the order. Coupon codes may not be redeemed on telephone orders or after an order has been submitted for fulfilment."

The FAQ section also says that you get an order acknowledgement by email so maybe that would indicate that your ANEW eye lift is going to be included. If it does not come, I would get in touch and object strongly.
