lower payments DMP

Hi
I started my DMP in July and everything was going great ( was hard for first 2 months with creditors always calling but it finally calmed down) fast forward five months and the company I have been working for almost six years goes bust.
Of course Im totally devastated, i got laid off on xmas eve and it totally ruined xmas. I really thought I would get a job no problem (been in same line of work for over 15 years). But no I was totally naive and it took me a month before I got a job with much much less money.
CCCS have been fantastic and I have just done a new budget but its now nearly £150 less to creditors than what I was paying.
So my question is, has anybody else been in this situation? How did the creditors take it? Shall I be getting hounded again?
Im really worried as 99% of my creditors had just accepted my reduced payments Im back to been stressed and worried about been taking to court.
Any advise would be great. Im so gutted as my life had just got on track.

Change of circumstances are fairly routine, but it is possible that the creditors won't agree and will take you to court. If they do you should defend any judgements and show the court everything that you have done with the CCCS and proof of your change of cirmcumstances. It is unlikely that if a judgement was granted it would be more than what you are currently paying due to you having done everything within your power to work with them and you obviously have the CCCS on your side. There's no guarantees obviously but so long as you do everything that you can that should go in your favour.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
