Help advice needed

I've currently got an interest only mortgage with the Skipton and an endowment with Countrywide, I'm in definate need of advice as I dont know what to do about the endowment which is underperforming and I definately need to move from the Skipton as the rates are going up, Am I best to speak to a mortgage broker or a financial adviser, and how do a find a decent one, I think I need to speak to someone face to face, I'm in south Birmingham, Any advice would be appreciated!

A financial adviser who is qualified in mortgages...........ask family /friends/colleagues to refer you to someone they have used and been happy with.........0
