Old, new, borrowed, what can my blue be?

Hi all,

Just thinking about my 'old, new' etc. Have got them all, except my 'blue'. I cant wear a garter (clingy dress), and there is no blue in my colour scheme at all. Jewellery is all sorted too, so cant be in that either

Any suggestions guys? I've thought about having a teeny tiny blue flower in my bouquet?

Cheers,

Hels :o

I like the blue flower idea, or you could sew a tiny blue bow on your underwear?
:rotfl:Ahahah got my signature removed for claiming MSE thought it was too boring :rotfl:
  • I'm having to have the smoothest silhouette ever due to my dress - so not sure re ribbon on undies (seamfree spanx all round for me on the day but slipping into 'something a lilttle more comfy' later on ;)).
Might try sewing one inside my dress on a none clingy bit, shoulder bit or train maybe?

My something blue was my garter and I sewed an old six pence into it given to me by OHs grandad. He gave us a king and a queen one to take on honeymoon with us to throw into the trevi fountain. I sewed both of them in and then took one out to throw in. Then when the time comes and my children (obv when Ive had them) get married I can then pass it on to them

  • I'm threatening to wear DF's thermal leggings under my dress. Old, borrowed and blue! Our Church is freezing!

Not much help with a clingy dress though LOL!
