Emmmmm..... how about because you owe it????? People like you really anger me - there are others on here who are paying back over 100k, but you not only want to get out of paying your debts but want people to help you do it. If you don't want to pay your debts at least put some effort in youself and find your own way out.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

I have a different question but still regarding CCJ.
I had a trust deed (IVA equivalent) which was completed in March. Although, formerly discharged a CCJ is still on my credit file. Equifax state I need to find out which creditor filed it but my insolvency practitioners don't know and it seems either does Equifax. So how do I find out which court or whom filed it? There were 3. Even if I do, is it still there for the next 6 years anyway or could they agree to remove it if I grovel enough?
Cheers

If the CCJ was on your file and satisfied prior to your trust deed then it will remain in there for 6 years ( 5 years in scotland) from the date of original order ( not satisfaction).SkidSolo wrote:I have a different question but still regarding CCJ.

If you are unsure as to who the other CCJ’s pertain to the you should write to the registry trust and ask them to provide details of any orders registered against you.
