Is there anything better than this one? Seems to be the best one out there, but its hard to compare mortgages due to the fees that get added on..... ie. Alliance and Leicester have some low rates but -£3000 fees! :eek:

If I was a cautious investor which choosing a fixed rate suggests...I certainly wouldn't be taking out a 2 yr fixed....chasing rates only is very short sighted0
