I am having so many problems getting a refund from moneyworries.co.uk.
Has anyone got an email address other than the one on there website please?

hey, did you have any luck? It took me 9 months and the financial ombudsman to get my initial payment back. They are real chancers and didn't respond to emails, letters or even a fax and I couldn't get through on the telephone.
Just keep copies of everything you send to them and if you need to complain it makes it much easier.
Good Luck, wish I had never considered going woth them but it was beofre I found the CCCS on this site.

Have you considered reading the Terms and Conditions at all??

I'll spend two minutes going out of my way for you:

Money Worries Limited (‘Moneyworries’), whose registered address is Cradoc House, Heol y Llyfrau, Aberkenfig, Bridgend CF32 9PL.

1.4 You have a right to cancel the Agreement at any time during the first 14 days of the Term, "Days" includes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. You can do this by writing to us at the above address. We will then refund to you any Fees already paid to us that are Cleared Funds.
7 How You may end this Agreement

7.1 You have the right to cancel this Agreement under clause 1.4.
7.2 You may also cancel this Agreement at any time if the total Fees payable under the Payment Plan differ significantly from the Fees estimated in the Draft Payment Plan issued by us in accordance with clause 2.1 above submitted to You. In the event of cancellation under this clause 7.2, We reserve the right to retain the Initial Fee and Monthly Fees paid to date.
7.3 In addition to your right to cancel under clauses 7.1 and 7.2, You may also end the Agreement at any time by giving Us two weeks prior written notice which You may serve at any time. This is whether or not You believe We may have been in breach of our obligations under this Agreement. In the event of cancellation under this clause 7.3, We reserve the right to retain the Initial Fee and Monthly Fees paid to date.
