...We had our offer through the post today and it says the first payment is due in March but the house isnt built yet and isnt due to be ready until end of June.
We were due to exchange in March but surely they cant expect you to start paying before you move in and before the house is even finished !?

Im not sure what you mean by drawn down, the offer is due to expire on June 30th so am I right in saying I can take up until then to exchange or is that too risky.0
