Fantastic duvet if you actually get it!!!!

Ordered a kingsize about a month ago and it came within 5 days and it's great. So good infact I thought I'd order one for my daughter this I did on the 9th Feb, money came out of bank and email sent to say it had been despatched.

However I'm still waiting, emailed Debenhams on Monday, got an email back apologising and saying it will be with me shortly. It annoys me that they take your money asap then don't bother to contact you to say there is a problem, you have to do all the running around.
