Today, I received some vouchers - many thanks to the kind person who I have PM'd and some free crocus bulbs.

On the way home from the office my car overheated, so I pulled into a local "computer retailer" and tried to open the bonnet to put the water that I had kept incase of emergencies into the car. Anyway, the bonnet would not open OH was in work miles away so I went into the shop and asked very nicely and sweetly if someone could help me.

There I was a single woman with a hot car and they said .............. we're busy haven't you got anyone you could phone, anyway after the look on my face, the person said give me 10 mins. 10mins went past no-one came, so remembering my dad's friend has a garage further up a very long road, I decided to go towards it. Got there and the garage helped me get home. Apparently the water pump has gone.

As for the computer retailer I would write a letter of complaint however I am auditing/mystery shopping that particular site next month so better not.
