    Today, received the first quote for the extension (see sig) it has come way over budget at £50k and completion time is expected to be around 4 months !
    Part of me thinks it would be cheaper and quicker to build a whole house !!

    Through the post had a bill from talk talk and a whiskas kitten pack. Really wanted my tesco vouchers to arrive today but sadly they did not.
