    Today I got the hot chocolate sample and vouchers from Jake - huge thanks.

    Regrettably, despite the sun shining and the promise of the builder's return yesterday back to work they have not turned up again today. Give it a couple of days when it is snowing, high winds, gales, hurricanes or floods I am sure they will arrive to say it is too wet/too windy/too cold to work - sorry rant over !!
