No post today but as my 4 kiddies wanted to enter a local competition to win a Halloween balloon display we got up early and set to work ! our task to create balloon models in a halloween theme. First problem was I couldn't find the balloon pump anywhere so off to Woolies we drove and picked up one.
Back home, we designed our models DS did a lovely spider and web completely made out of balloons, DD3 made a witch and my other 2 daughters ran out of puff !!
So with the 3pm deadline drawing near, at 2.30pm I bundled 2 very excited and happy kiddies into the car with their wonderful creations. We drove to the balloon shop and guess what .................... it was closed.
arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: I now have 2 upset children and have left a message on the answerphone of the balloon shop. I hope our entries can still be accepted tomorrow.

I got a BIG FAT NEGATIVE from a seller on ebay who then 10 mins later apologised as he realised they had made a mistake - argghhhhhhh I have 2,142 positives and one big fat negative which will be mutually withdrawn BUT it is still there as a bad comment arghhhhhhhhh
Post wise I had 2 kitten packs and a hooded baby towel. I also had a 20% discount voucher for ELC
The balloon shop apologised for not being open yesterday, so my 2 kiddies submitted their halloween competition entries this afternoon. Fingers crossed they are successful !

Got my free coffee from wild bean cafe! Wasn't happy, the T&Cs said that I can get a hot drink but the guy said i can only get coffee. Shame really, I dont like coffee but my mate does. He said it tasted nicer because it was free! (or 1p as they charged me)0
