Free evening meal (courtesy of mystery shop last night)
not free but went to a local pub to use 20% off their 2 meals for £10 promotion at lunch-time. The food was fab and I mentioned this as I left and was rewarded by the member of staff giving me some more 20% discount vouchers to use up until November.

Today I got the Rowse honey and maple syrup cookbooks. Nice freebies. I've already used the honey one - tried a version of the bacon and honey bruschetta for my lunch (yummy, 'tho I'd personally cut back on the amount of mustard used and scale down the honey accordingly).
