As far as I can remember, I think I had an option to select something when I signed up to their site at https://www.discoveryfoods.co.uk. Had another look today but only freebie is a 50 p coupon if you recommend a friend. If you go for that, you can print off more than one coupon if you alter the copies wanted on your print option but will only be able to redeem it once. However, I have found my local Tescos will not take this but Waitrose will. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
