can anyone help I bought 3 big bags of the stuff for 20p each and now have no idea what it is and what to do with it?

wheat meal is a ground product similar to corn meal or oatmeal in contrast to finely ground grain (to a powder), like flour.
It is high in fibre
Try googling recipes using wheatmeal
