Hi all I wont bore you to much with my history but basically last month my marriage broke down. Since then I have been on a parents settee trying to sort a place of my own. I am now close to finidng somewhere and applied for a loan with FLM to try and cover the deposits etc. I was accepted for £1000 which is enough but I am struggling to find a guarantor as I don't know many home owners. Does anyone have any advice on the situation or reccomend another company. I have sort and worked all my outgoings and I know I can afford the repayments of roughly £50 a month over 3 years. Any help will be greatly appreciated
Also as a side note I have made an enquiry with bluefish loans. Has anyone had any dealings with these?

Have you checked with your local council to see if they do rental deposit schemes and whether you would be eligible?
