i have a fixed rate mortgage with the woolwich. i have a reserve on this account.
if i borrow on the reserve will i be charged at the variable rate or on my fixed rate .

It will be in your mortgage documents get them out and have a look.
Normaly it is the SVR but for offsets it is the mortgage rate.0
