Both mine won't work! I rang the number in the little booklet & they said that as it is under guarentee for 2yrs you can send it back to them & they will put a new battery in it!

just wondered how much is it gonna cost to send it bak as the watch was only 2.75 lol0 -
I'm sure you've already done this but is there a plastic seal stopping the watch working until it's removed? I did something similar that's why I'm asking.:o0

I thought I was missing something but my Husbands one works ok! Tesco said I can get another or a refund but the chances are that the replacement will be the same! Its worth giving them a ring at Peers Hardy & they will tell you what to do! I'm just off to post mine to them.

i did look for that, happened to me with another watch i bought even took it back to the shop and felt like a right fool when the sa took the plastic bit out lol0 -

just rang tescos and said that all they cud do was offer a refund....or 10 per cent discount which equates to 28p per watch lol not even enough to buy a new battery they are a joke to say the least they said they knew about hte problem but are not gonna do anything about it as the watch has been reduced so heavily0
