I've made a huge mistake

    well I've spoken on Monday to CSA about them collecting monies from my ex explained what had happened they didn't seem very impressed by his actions Also had a solicitors appointment Monday afternoon a letter has been sent to my ex (I recieved a copy today ) basically saying that his actions are not acceptable and should not be repeated and if they were then further action would be concidered by myself .Short but sweet I got a phone call on monday from a unknown number so answered as this is what CSA come up as on my phone it was him saying well shouting that the f****ng CSA had been in tough and wanted him to start paying £75 weekly through them,this was done on old assesment he said no and put phone down allegidly ,I didn't answer him or phone him back am just going to let the CSA deal with it

    What a wa###r he is,a poor excuse for a man,do not be afraid and get what you are entitled to,and i am a non resident parent who wouldn't dream of behaving like that,good luck.

    Did your solicitor mention anything about a non-molestation order? It might be worth asking the question. There's more about it HERE on the WomensAid site. If he's going to get physically and verbally abusive whenever there's a problem then you might find it useful.
