Timescale for ccj to be set aside?

Hi,

Just wondered if anyone had an idea of how long to expect to wait for a ccj to be set aside, I realise this will depend on how busy a court is, I'm just looking for an approximation, or if anyone has applied for a ccj to be set aside how long did it take you?

Thanks very much!

There is no time-scale for making an application to set aside a CCJ, it depends on a variety of issues:

    a) how busy the court is

    b) what grounds you're requesting a set aside

    c) how much evidence you submit to the court supporting your application

    d) whether the application is objected to by the other party

Perhaps if you could elaborate in more detail, we may be able to point you in the correct direction.
