Mobile phone charger doesn't work.

I appreiciate this is a small problem, but i bought a mobile phone seven months ago. The charger no longer works, but i can charge the phone still off my laptop.

Carphone warehouse said that their warranty for chargers is only six months, and if it was the phone they would try and fix it. However the Samsung warranty doesn't mention anything about the charger not being included and as they were all bought as part of a set, in the same box, it seems odd that some unspecified parts are not included in the warranty.

What should i do?
Am i likely to get a refund after seven months? (I have recipts etc) I actually just want them to replace the faulty part, as i had expected it to last more than seven months.

You don't say which model of phone, but a charger for a Samsung phone is available on Amazon for under £2 delivered.
Is anything else worth the hastle?

You'd not get a refund. And as it's seven months old, you'd have to go to the trouble of proving it was an inherent fault to CPW.

That said, have you tried going direct via Samsung?
