A question about PayDay loans
A friend of mine has payday loans with The Money Shop totalling £250. He is paying £40 every month to roll them over as he can't afford for the cheques to be cashed. Is there any way he could get them to accept the £40 as part payment of the loans every month until they are cleared? He recognises it was a daft thing to do but would like to repay the loans without his credit being affected.

Unfortunately i used these a few years ago. Each of my cheques were £50 so i paid off 1 per month. If this isn't an option for him, i would think the best thing he can do is go and talk to them to see if they're willing to negotiate with him.One step at a time
