Chicken question?

How long can I keep a cooked chicken? I cooked one saturday evening and still half of it left?

Also like an idiot I took chicken fillets out the freezer last night and put them in the fridge to defrost slowly but thinking we could have them tonight:eek:

Help Im over run with chicken:eek:

    If you strip the cooked chicken from the carcass you can freeze it to use at a later date and cook the fresh chicken and eat today!

    Not forgetting to make stock from the carcass of course.
