Loan fraud from loans 4 sure, the loan people

one of my friend saw this unsecured loans on the internet and decided to fill the form and a received a text message from a company called churchwood and asked if she is still interested on the lloan and took all information and told her that she has been accepted to be given a loan by loans for sure which will be on her account the next 7 working days but should pay 69.99 pounds for adm inistration which she gave her card details through the phone and was taken off immediately. they sent a document to be filled and signed which she did but after the seven day period the money was not there and decided to phone them and cote a name called Lauren and said it was not lauren that was dealing with the application a lday will call u in 5 minute time. The lady called and told my friend that the loan has been declined and the adminstration fee is unrefundable. i am just sending this information so that people should be aware of this fraud people and that people should only take loans at banks. on my friends bank statement instead of loans for sure it was the loan people that was debited on her accout. So please people you have to be aware if you want a loan go to your banks. and i will tell this story to the programme BBC Crime watch to expose them and see that their office will be closed down

this happens a lot, I know others have been succesful in getting their money back, would search the forums and get her to try too

If you are charged a fee upfront for the company to try to find you a loan you are I believe entitled to all but £5 of it back. That said people seem to always find it difficult to do.

If she gave out her bank card details she also needs to keep an eye on her bank statements for any more unauthorised payments being deducted.
