    Lol!!!!!!!

Sorry, just maybe you are right , a new signature might be in order.

In my experience, no matter how amicable things can initially be regarding Child Support monies, at some point there will be conflict, you just have to read some of the horror stories on here from both PWC and NRP!!

Cover your own back, and please stop being naive, as PD says, make sure all payments are marked as child support, etc etc, otherwise if things do turn nasty and there is a query over payments made you can back it up with evidence, unfortunately if not, it probably won't be your word against hers, you will face huge arrears, and at worst could lose all you have ever worked for - sorry just being realistic, as said, just ask some other posters on here. Be very careful.

You're making a lot of assumptions yet then giving the impression that she's on the fiddle, so how do you know you've been told the truth. You've never seen these letters from the CSA she's received?
The CSA should have been in touch with you directly for statement of earnings etc, something doesn't sound quite right here.

    Exactly

Off course she is on the Fiddle

Pimpslider if you have letters signed and dated contact the CSA and ask them if there is a case open about you and your ex .Better still ask your ex to see the letters from the CSA .
  • Well, a little update....

I've got her to sign a letter which basically states; she confirms that up to the date of the letter all maintenance payments have been received by her. I will also, from now on, get her to sign a book every month when I give her her money. I did this at the start of our break up but stopped after a year or so.

I see, from the CSA site, that you can have private agreements between parties, so surely I am not doing anything wrong.
I'M NOT AS THINK AS YOU DUMB I AM...

I dont think its that you are doing anything wrong as such, its just she could take you for a ride

Because you are paying her direct and not through the CSA she could still turn around and say you havent paid her anything in the 8 years, she coulds say you faked her signature.

And they may just side with her!
