I found this on the Evans site, and I'm a bit confused as someone else said small was 14-16, which makes sense, as 16-20 is an awfully lot of sizes to cover for "small", and I would think that's way too big for someone who's a 14 and maybe even a 16. Makes it confusing to figure out what size is what. Here it is:

guide for small, medium, large sizing
Small: 16-20
Medium: 22-26
Large: 28-32
