Grant Thornton, the administrators which were sent into Granville after the group collapsed last Wednesday, have admitted that they have been unable to find out exactly who owns the group's various assets.
And, in a surprise development, one of the previous owners of the group has claimed that manufacturing of computers, flat screens and notebooks will continue. Tahir Mohsan, chief executive of Time Group Middle East (TGME), also said that TGME will continue with a $40m (£23m)deal for a manufacturing facility capable of building a million PCs and laptops a yearEx forum ambassador

oooh ....it gets better
Burnley-based box shifter Time Computers have confirmed that they will relaunch as Time UK Factory in the UK in Feburary. The controversial outfit went out of business last summer leaving many paid-up and fed-up customers without PCs and also leaving millions of pounds of unpaid debts.
The family-run firm which used to own the parent company Granville Technology Group (named after the street in which the family lived when starting the business) have managed to take advantage of a complicated legal set-up to reform; they are using the same factory that they originally produced their PCs which they bought back from administrators and the land is owned by another company run by the family which never went to the administrators.Ex forum ambassador

How many times has this company resurfaced?!>?!?
I remember in July 2005 "Granville Technology" went bust, and with that Time and Tiny disappeared and all the high street "computer shop" branches closed down... AFAIK store managers, all employees were told NOTHING other than to not come into work the next day... they weren't paid... it was really really miserable.
...so now the company responsible for all of this has returned, except this time online and under a slightly different name.
I would advise anyone to STAY AWAY from this company...because its only a matter of time before it falls again.
