was watching a program last night on channel four that was rather intresting and one of the girls had this song as her father daughter dance song, just googled it and omgosh i was in tears its so pretty.

anyone else heard of it?

just read the words and they are lovely! It mentions freckles, which being a redhead, i have plenty of! Def think I am going to have it for my dance with my father but i am going to keep it a secret, well I shall try to!

That is so beautiful. I am the ultimate daddy's girl, but sadly my dad is no longer here. If he was that would be the perfect daddy daughter dance for when I eventually get married

It is a beautiful song, I wanted the ftaher daughter song but it makes me cry, and I mean floods of tears every time I hear it !!

I love that song! I'm sat here in tears listening to that. My dad has passed too and it would have been so perfect.

maybe dance with your brother or mum and have it in memory of him and cry and enjoy the memories you had with your dad for that moment everyone would understand.

That's a lovely song, I might have to have it as my father/daughter dance. I have a feeling that my Dad will struggle to let go once it ends though, he'll be dragging me away saying, 'You're not haivng her! She's my baby!' LOL! He's not delighted that I'm all grown up and getting married (I'm the youngest!) although to be fair my big brother is getting married later this year and my Dad will be in floods of tears then... he's a big softy who just wants his babies back!
