We got one from Ikea ... 3 layers of different foam.. top bit being memory, covered in usual mattress "hair " and then with good cotton cover,

they have a few.. we got

Yes, be warned they are extremely hot, especially in this weather. Although they are very comfortable I now get neck ache which I never used to. I have tried 4 different sorts of pillow but not found the right one yet (including a tempur)

I don't find mine hot at all - and I am a woman 'of a certain age' who might be expected to have problems of that sort.

Concept were very reliable and products great - much cheaper than Tempur. NB can get them made to your own size.
