Double walled "tall" boxes

Please can anyone help?
I have been searching online for days for double walled boxes that are tall enough for Nappy Cakes. :eek:
They need to be 30x30cm x (at least) 80cm tall.
The only ones I've seen work out at over £5 each and you have to order loads.
Also, If anyone knows of any good "cheapish" Courier companies, I would be really grateful!
