- List of Unsecured Creditors - My bank account has an overdraft but is joint with oh who is not going bankrupt - do I put the amount on there of the overdraft?Yes, as it terminates your liabilaty, unfortunatly though it then passes to your OH in full, and they will cancell any agreemant for both, turning it into an unautherised overdraft, assuming it is not one already
- Section 3 - Assets - Do i put my personal house details on here or is this in relation to any business assets? If you are personaly applying for BR, then most likely both, ie anything of value you have a financial intrest in
- 5.2 Credit Cards - I am a 2nd named person on 2 credit cards with my oh - do I still put these even though these are not being put into the br?not if the agreemant is in her name alone, being second named person does not make it your liabilaty usually
- Child Benefit do I need to take the weekly benefit * 52/12?yes
- Section 7 Outgoings - Other essential payments - do i put in here alos school meals, holiday, haircuts, mobile phone etc..yes (though mobile phone could be included in general telepone)

Sorry, just on another note, if my income is inclusive of mileage (visiting clients) obviously I have paid out initially for the fuel and am getting back from my Employer. I have not put this amount on the SOA is that correct? I only put the amount of fuel I use personally, or do I add onto fuel as my net wage is inclusive of money I have paid out - oh I am all confused...0

personaly, i would show the crossover, or it may be seen as income (depends how it is shown on your payslip i suppose) I would also add a note at the end in the space for further info to clarify it, so there is no confusionThats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all ………….
