Default saying satisfied on credit report

Hi everyone
I wonder if someone can help me? I had a debt to HFC of around £4000, which i have slowly been paying off on a DMP. It was managed by Capquest about 2 years ago. Anyway, I was aware that a high proportion of the debt was PPI, so wrote to HFC, and subsequently to the IC in December. Now the account is saying settled on my credit report.
Do you think, they have written it off? What do you think I should do next? Capquest are still happily taking payments from me!!!
Many thanks
Sam

I would chase up the IC before stopping payments or anything. Try to get confirmation of what stage your appeal is at and then see if there is anything remaining to be paid off. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
