Credit agreement . No income

Hi ,

Can any one advise me if it is legal for a company to open a credit agreement for someone with no income if the person requests it ? Im talking gym membership for an adult in this case.

    Perfectly legal, if a bit risky. The adult who took it out deserves a slap though.

    Sorry to ask again , but the person cant pay it . Any advice on what they should do ILW , would it be worth calling the company . They have incurred £40.00 administration charges in 2 weeks for failed DD .

    Get the person who took out the agreement to explain the situation, grovel and ask if they will cancel the agreement. They will only speak to the borrower though.
