Just read message after message yesterday of Graham_Devon, PasturesNew and their clan pumping the forum with non articles about how the market is due to collapse any day now.

If this were true they would be gloating and not despairing.

Some people think prices will rise some people think they will fall. What sort of place would the forum be if everyone thought the same? This is how life is. Some days we get news which supports our opinion some days we dont. At the moment the economic news supports the bears theory. I'm sure within days there will be alot of stories which supports the bull.

The world is not going anywhere soon. Chill with the still dude there is more to life than getting really worked up about where prices are going. They may go up they may go down who know, nobody on here can change the path so just enjoy the debate. There are way more important things in life to get really worked up about.

TBH, that kind of figure should scare the bulls more than bears, there is nothing that when over-inflated, doesn't burst. And considering that the underlying trend hasn't changed in the majority of areas since last 2008, this isn't like over-inflating a tyre, it's like having a dangerous little bubble form on the outside of the tyre, which generally causes a blowout and probable carnage.

A long time ago I was pointing out the uberpessimists will miss the bottom as fear ALWAYS gets the rudder and things can always get worse. They see in straight lines and don't take a proper peak around the bend, but prefer the rearview mirror, as it is littered with bodies.

For them defecits and unemployment are vast sea anchors that cannot be hauled in.
