 the rules are there - you adhere by them and you've obviously done nothing wrong.I'm not happy with people avoiding taxes at the expense of others simply because they have a good accountant.

 if the govt wanted to change them or thought that they were wrong they would be changing them. the govt need as much revenue as they can get, i don't think they'll be letting people avoid taxes because it's not just fair and you're complaining0

 Nothing wrong legally, but morally and ethically...
 But the government have a vested interest in allowing tax loopholes, especially in relation to property.0

 I don't think it is simply because they have a good accountant.
 I think there are other factors...eg: the rate of taxation they are avoiding, that society doesn't turn on non-contributors, that we demonize rather than cleverly flirt with the rich...0

            if you feel that strongly about it, why don't you pay extra tax and be morally and ethically content. you could be visionary setting an example to others.
