Indian food recipes

Hello there,

Im wondering if anyone has any indian food recipes that they would care to share.

I love love love indian food, and would really like to try to make it myself.
My favourite dish is Chicken Chilli, OMG I could live off that.

Anyway, if anyone does wish to share, I would be very grateful.

My favourite is probably tarka dahl, made using this recipe, with a few tweaks (I've never included chana dahl or the lemon/curry leaf topping). It's usually served as an accompaniment to other dishes, I think, but I'm quite happy to eat it just with some naan bread. :drool:

Now I come to think of it, I haven't made this in ages, so thanks for reminding me! :beer:
