Yep accepted too, basically you have to do a lot of lying & sell yourself as wonderwoman/man.You must have kids i think, You send out loads of e-mails,be on line most of the day, the telephone,send out many xmas cards,give feedback on products & recomend products to friends & you don't mind paying big £ for a brand you never change.
