No, if you qualify it says 'Congratulations' and asks for your name and address details, email etc etc below

I was accepted, don't have kids but answered that stains were a big problem and currently use Daz.

I got to add my address there and then ... I dont know what that would mean though?

No mention of the sample and really cant remember whether or not yesterday I put in the address details. Did anyone get a different email who was accepted for the trial?
