Just got a personal loan approval from Abbey but APR is at 18.9%. Thinking of applying elsewhere.
Is this wise or will it it have a negative effect on my credit score?

    Dont think another application will make any differance. If you dont get a better deal you still have the Abbey one to fall back on.

    you may not get a better offer than 18.9%,and too many applications in a short period will affect you rating
